Hello

Are you feeling disconnected—from yourself, your relationships, or your sense of safety in the world? Many of us carry the weight of betrayal, neglect, or emotional harm that can leave lasting imprints. These experiences can show up as anxiety, people-pleasing, shame, or emotional numbness—but they don’t have to define your story.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from relational and developmental trauma through a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, which means I deeply honor your pace, your story, and the strength it takes to seek support.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore the patterns and protective parts of you that developed to help you survive—and create space for reconnection with your authentic self. Whether you're coping with the aftermath of a difficult breakup, family estrangement, or a history of emotional abuse, therapy can be a powerful place to rebuild trust in yourself and others.

I bring a humanistic, client-centered presence to every session, guided by respect, curiosity, and deep empathy. My goal is to co-create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
